Nado republic

Nado Republic in Coronado serves traditional Italian food and pizza in a cozy retro-style atmosphere. The restaurant features traditional Italian dishes, including pizza 'in pala' and pizza 'fritta', as well as a selection of local and Italian beers.

A rotating wine list is updated every 10 days, with new wines arriving regularly, and wine tastings are hosted for those interested. The menu also includes other traditional Italian options.

Italian chef Giorgio Corletti leads the kitchen, bringing new authentic Italian recipes to the table. He has worked with top chefs in Rome and Italy, and launched several Italian restaurants in San Francisco before joining Nado Republic as a business partner.

The restaurant is found at 1007 C Avenue in Coronado, where tables can be booked through the website or by direct contact to inquire about reservations or events. Gift cards are also available, and a club membership provides updates on special events.

The goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere, like a 'living room away from home', where good food and drinks can be enjoyed in a cozy and evolving environment.
